Valley Assistance provides rental assistance to qualified households meeting service area, income and documentation requirements; information, referrals and short-term case management to strengthen the household. All applicants are pre-screened during a brief phone interview; then an appointment is scheduled so that the MAP (Monetary Assistance Program) team can provide one-to-one customer service to help individuals, families and seniors build their safety net.
Limited funding available through HUD/Homeless Prevention Services (must meet HUD income and Fair Market Rent requirements).
